ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia — September 6, 2025 — Abenet Community School hosted a spirited student football match on the main pitch, with the Blue Team edging the Gold Team 2–1 after a late winner. The game showcased slick passing, strong defending, and excellent sportsmanship from both sides.
“They played with heart and discipline—exactly what we teach on and off the field,” said the school’s PE coordinator. Post-match, captains exchanged handshakes and both squads joined a brief skills clinic on teamwork and injury-safe warm-ups.
